2. Products and pricing. All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices, product specifications, and availability at any time without notice. Product images are representative; minor variations may occur. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or bots.
3. Orders and payment. By placing an order you confirm the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use it. We may cancel and refund any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.
4. Shipping, returns, and warranty. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, returns by our Refund Policy, and product coverage by our Limited Lifetime Warranty. All three are incorporated into these terms by reference.
5. Responsible use. FROSTY products are intended for lawful use by adults. You are responsible for complying with the rules of any venue, event, or jurisdiction, including those governing alcohol possession and consumption. FROSTY is not responsible for misuse of its products.
6. Intellectual property. All content on this site, including the FROSTY name, logo, product design, copy, and images, is the property of FROSTY and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FROSTY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
8. Disclaimer. Except as expressly provided in our Limited Lifetime Warranty, products are provided as is. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
