Shipping policy

Free US shipping. Every FROSTY ships free anywhere in the United States.
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Transit time. Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after processing, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping area. We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is not available yet. Join the email list on our site and we will let you know when that changes.
Address issues. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they are in transit, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may require a reshipping fee.
Lost or delayed packages. If your tracking has not updated for 7 or more days, email coolerbackpacks@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
