Limited Lifetime Warranty
Backed for life.
Every FROSTY Backpack Cooler is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the practical life of the product. That includes the welded TPU liner. If your FROSTY fails under normal use because of how it was made, we will repair or replace it.
What is covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship
- Liner weld failures and seam leaks under normal use
- Zipper, buckle, and strap hardware failures
- Insulation failure or delamination
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear, fading, stains, and odors
- Punctures, cuts, burns, or abrasion damage from misuse
- Damage caused by overloading, machine washing, or modification
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect function
- Lost or stolen packs
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Commercial or rental use
Who is covered
The original owner only, with proof of purchase (your frostybackpack.com order number). Coverage is not transferable.
How to make a claim
Email coolerbackpacks@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video showing the defect. We respond within 3 to 5 business days. We may ask you to send the pack back to us before a replacement ships.
What you get
At our discretion, we will repair the pack, replace it with the same or a comparable model, or issue store credit if the model has been discontinued. This warranty does not provide cash refunds; refunds are available only under our separate 30-day Refund Policy. One active claim per order at a time. Claims showing evidence of fraud, abuse, or misuse will be denied.
The fine print
"Lifetime" means the practical life of the product under normal use, not the lifetime of the owner. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
